LMB Group, LLC , established in 2011, is a professionally run business that owns and manages 4 duplexes in the St. Louis, Michigan

We offer multiple payment options for our tenants.
  • Traditional: We accept rent payments at Huntington Bank offices through our rent deposit account.
  • Online: We accept electronic payments though electronic checks and also by credit/debit card.

Tenants have access to an online portal to submit and track maintenance requests, charges, and rent payments.
